On July 12th a fire occurred at a four-unit apartment building located on Cheviot Avenue. Three individuals living in their own apartments safely evacuated the building, and were cleared at the scene by EMS. A fourth individual was not home at the time. All have been relocated to other homes within the OVRS network.
The cause of the fire is unknown and is pending review by the fire department.
We are thankful that the individuals living in the building are all safe and unharmed.
